Business Support Event & Workshop Management: You will be the mastermind behind our GCS events and workshops. You will coordinate all logistical aspects, including venue selection, catering, accommodation arrangements, and vendor management, while collaborating closely with stakeholders to bring event specifications to life.
Assist with international travel arrangements and provide timely guidance for travel within the EMEA region using our Travel Management System.
Documentation Management Workflow Management: Set up and manage timely signature workflows for regulatory-relevant documents within our electronic Document Management System (eDMS) according to required specifications.
Quality & Review: Review and modify documents with high accuracy, ensuring top-tier quality for all metadata entries in the eDMS.
