Your role and key responsibilities
This position is part of our Human Resources Department, which brings together teams from People & People Services, Talent, Organization, Compensation & Benefits, Culture, and Learning & Development. Together, they support every business area and help shape a workplace where people can grow, belong, and thrive.
- Conduct research and analysis on labor‑related topics, providing legal opinions and recommendations based on applicable laws and jurisprudence.




- Provide legal guidance on interpreting and enforcing terms within labor contracts.
- Participate in negotiations with unions and workers’ representatives, collaborating with the labor relations team to integrate legal considerations.
- Assist in Collective Bargaining Agreement negotiations, offering guidance and support.
- Provide legal assistance in disciplinary actions, terminations, and other employment‑related matters.
- Prepare reports and documentation on labor‑related topics to aid in decision‑making.

What you bring to the team
- Vocational training or a bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations, Law, or a related field, preferably with a focus or specialization in Human Resources.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive experience in Labor Relations, Law, and Human Resources, ideally in a strategic or business‑partnering capacity.
- Proven knowledge of Spanish law and labor relations in Spain.
- Fluent in English and Spani
