About The Role The Creative Content Designer is responsible for transforming sales enablement concepts, messaging, and source content into polished, engaging,



and visually consistent learning and sales materials. This role serves as the visual and multimedia counterpart to the Sales Enablement Content Developer. While Content Developers focus primarily on content structure, messaging, and learning flow, the Visual Content Designer focuses on visual storytelling, presentation design, multimedia production, and the overall quality of the learner and seller experience. The Creative Content Designer will work closely with Content Developers, Field Enablement, Product Marketing, Sales Engineering, and other go-to-market stakeholders to create professional, scalable assets that help sellers understand, retain, and apply key information. This is a hands‑on production role for someone who combines strong design judgment with the ability to manage multiple projects, work within brand standards, and turn complex information into clear, visually compelling content.
