About the role We are seeking a Test Engineer to join our growing test team in Alguaire at our internal test facility, supporting the testing of rocket engines and in-space propulsion systems. You will play a key role across the full lifecycle of propulsion test campaigns, from planning and preparation to execution and reporting, while contributing to the development and continuous improvement of our test facilities.



You will take ownership of specific test activities and campaigns, requiring a structured, pragmatic approach to planning and execution, with a clear focus on achieving objectives in complex, time‑constrained environments. Important: This position requires occasional travel to external test sites in Spain and abroad. All travel expenses are covered.
Support the planning, preparation, execution, and reporting of propulsion system tests (cryogenic engines, in-space propulsion systems, turbopumps, and subsystems).
Take ownership of test activities and small-to-medium test campaigns, ensuring proper planning, coordination, and execution.
Assist in the operation, maintenance, and upgrade of test facilities and ground support equipment.
Develop and follow procedures, checklists, and safety protocols, always ensuring safe test execution.
Contribute to data acquisition setup, instrumentation, and calibration activities.
