~4–6 years of experience as a Product Owner .
~ Strong proficiency with MySQL and SQL Server for data management.
~ Experience with Scrum methodology and tools like Jira .
~ Solid knowledge of product design principles and version control tools such as Git.
~ Familiarity with stakeholder engagement and project management .
~ Proven experience with end-to-end product lifecycle in banking or insurance sectors.
~ Advanced proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken) and good level of English .
~ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
~ Define and manage product requirements and backlog using Scrum practices .




~ Engage with stakeholders to gather needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
~ Oversee the product lifecycle , from design to delivery, ensuring quality and compliance.
~ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive and efficient solutions.
~ Participate in project planning and sprint reviews .
~ Implement best practices in product design and data management .
~ Stay current with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies in product development .
