In Valencia, we are building an agile development center as part of our international engineering organization. We develop maritime sensor-, navigation-, and automation- systems. Valencia (hybrid), full‑time (jornada completa), indefinite contract (indefinido)
English (international), Spanish (local team)
Plan and coordinate team activities, including effort estimates, risk management, testing, and integration concepts
5+ years of relevant professional experience in software development, supported by a degree in computer science/engineering or an equivalent qualification
~ Interest in advancing AI‑assisted development in the context of maritime navigation—and taking responsibility for it
~ Confident in applying modern software engineering practices
~ Very strong abstraction skills, high willingness to learn, and a pronounced quality mindset; very good written and spoken English
~ Nice to have: experience with complex software systems as well as C++, Python,
