As a Retail Trainee, your mission will be to provide comprehensive support across critical functions that ensure the seamless operation of our boutique and the delivery of an unparalleled client experience. You will gain hands‑on exposure to the intricate world of luxury retail, contributing to our high standards in visual merchandising, client relationship management, and customer service, all while upholding the Maison's esteemed values. HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
- Enhance Retail Operations & Boutique Maintenance: You will contribute to the smooth daily functioning of our boutiques by assisting with the management and troubleshooting of essential digital tools used by our sales associates. Your meticulous weekly follow‑ups on maintenance topics will ensure any issues are promptly addressed, directly contributing to the pristine condition and operational efficiency of our retail environment.




- Elevate Visual Merchandising Standards: You will play a key role in maintaining the exquisite presentation of our creations. This includes coordinating orders for visual elements and props, assisting with budget tracking for VM initiatives, and supporting specific animation orders. Your efforts will directly impact the aesthetic appeal and thematic consistency of our displays.
- Strengthen Client Relationship Management (CRM): You will be instrumental in nurturing our client relationships. This involves assisting with the monthly update and analysis of CRM KPIs for our Sales Associates, providing valuable insights into client engagement. You will support clienteling campaigns from forecasting and precise customer targeting to diligently following up on completion rates.
