As a Business Development Representative , you will play a key role in Flinn’s go-to-market success by building and qualifying a strong pipeline of high-quality opportunities. In this role, you will combine structured prospecting with curiosity, persistence, and strong communication skills to engage senior stakeholders at complex B2B organizations. Fluency in Spanish and French is required , as you will actively engage prospects across these markets. The role is based in Europe with strong remote flexibility , and includes regular collaboration with the broader go-to-market team as well as travel for conferences and customer meetings . Partner with Sales to build a strong prospecting strategy:



identify and prioritize high-potential businesses across your region that are an idóneo fit for Flinn.
Qualify and schedule introductory meetings: set high-quality first conversations for the Sales team with the right stakeholders.
Nurture early-stage opportunities: maintain momentum with emerging leads to develop future pipeline.
Collaborate with Marketing & Events: convert conferences, webinars, and field activities into qualified opportunities and measurable pipeline.
Fluent in French, Spanish, and English (written and spoken); Willingness to travel for business meetings, conferences, and company events.
1+ year of experience in a B2B environment.
