Personal AssistantMadrid, SpainApply NowFind out how well you match with this jobRequisition ID Date posted06/18/2026## About this RoleTo provide PA support to the Head of Cyber Security P&S; (Carmen Dufur) and Head of Platforms & Capabilities (Peter Forth) in VB Products and Services organisation and to support with business operations within their teams, including business support, event management and managing small projects relating to the team.## What you’ll doKey accountabilities and decision ownership :* Organise international meetings, maintaining awareness of cultural differences and time zones; use sound judgment to prioritise requests and negotiate meeting arrangements to ensure Vodafone’s positive external image. Coordinate weekly, monthly, and quarterly team meetings.* Manage end-to-end travel arrangements (including visas), booking flights, hotels, transfers, and related logistics.* Support special projects, able to prepare project management plans, tracking progress, preparing concise status updates, and maintaining simple reporting dashboards.



Assist in governance activities and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.* Raise purchase orders through EVO, monitor budget and spend, and highlight performance monthly. Maintain team administration (DLs, org charts, phone lists) and ensure compliance with Vodafone policies.* Seamless collaboration with other PAs across Vodafone## Who you areCore competencies, knowledge and experience:* Strong administrative experience with exposure to project coordination and stakeholder management.* Outstanding organisational skills with ability to prioritise tasks effectively and manage competing demands.* High integrity, tact, diplomacy, and a calm, professional approach when engaging with senior stakeholders.* Demonstrates flexibility, initiative, and proactive problem-solving.* Ability to create impactful presentations and communicate clearly across cultures.* High proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint
