POSITION SUMMARY The Regional Account Manager (RAM) is a senior, field-based leader responsible for full regional ownership of Mirum’s cholestatic disease portfolio in Spain. Acting as both a scientific and commercial partner, the RAM independently manages their region as a business, driving strategy, execution, and sustainable growth.
The RAM develops and executes an integrated regional business plan, leads high-quality scientific exchange, and builds trusted partnerships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem.
Operating with a high degree of autonomy, the RAM identifies regional priorities, translates insights into actionable strategies, and ensures full compliance with all legal, regulatory, and company requirements.

Develop and execute strategic regional business plans aligned with national objectives
Drive high-quality scientific exchange to increase awareness and understanding of Mirum’s products and disease areas
Analyze business and market data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, translating insights into concrete actionsCollaborate closely with cross‑functional partners (Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Compliance) to deliver integrated solutions

Act as a role model for Mirum’s culture of compliance, integrity, and transparency
Motivated to assume additional marketing and/or sales management responsibilities as required
Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding business objectives
Bachelor’s degree in scientific discipline or equivalent; Established professional network in GI and/or hepatology strongly preferred
