Overview
The role is responsible for production processes that transform rolls of raw materials into their final form prior to packaging. The current business areas where converting occurs include Floss Making (Spinning and Coating), Brush Bristling, Family Care, Feminine Care and Baby Care. The employee acts as a System Owner or Equipment Owner for the area in which they operate and is responsible for operating and maintaining the equipment in their area.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain production equipment in the designated area.
- Manage production processes to convert raw materials into finished products prior to packaging.
- Serve as System Owner or Equipment Owner for the assigned area, ensuring proper operation, safety, and compliance with procedures.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth production flow across lines such as Floss Making, Brush Bristling, Family Care, Feminine Care and Baby Care.
