About the client
Our client is a prestigious european international group with a long sucessfull pathtrack in the creation of fragrances and flavors. To support their growth in the Spanish market, they are seeking a high-performing sales professional to develop their Food&Beverages; Flavors division
We are recruiting a Sales Manager to spearhead business development across Spain. Reporting directly to the Commercial Director , the successful candidate will be responsible for growing the food flavors portfolio and ensuring long-term client loyalty.
Main responsibilities




- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to determine market expectations and sales forecasts
- Define and execute a conquest plan for new customers, organizing visits and follow-ups
- Advise clients on aromatic compositions and promote the company’s technical expertise and product performance
- Manage contracts, volumes, and margins under the supervision of the Commercial Direction.
- Ensure regular client interaction via visits, video calls, and phone calls to maintain loyalty
- Deliver monthly reports on visit activity, objective achievement, and margin compliance
- Work with the Sales Administration team to monitor contract execution and handle customer requirements (quality audits, specifications).
