Proven experience in mediation, pre‑litigation, or dispute resolution within a law firm, fintech, or Payment provider company.
~ Strong understanding of global payments, AML/compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
~ Native in Portuguese and fluent in English. Spanish is a strong plus.
~ Act as the key interface between clients, payment institutions, and regulators, leading the communication between merchants and local Brazilian law firms.
Work closely with Compliance, Payments,



and Risk teams.
