As our Service Product Manager in Nutrition Plant Engineering (NPE Division), you will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, driving the success of digital service products with global impact. You will own the product vision, define scalable strategies, and build high-performing digital service products. You will work closely with development teams and senior leadership as part of a key digitalization strategy of GEA.
Lead the development of new digital service products; managing technical and commercial aspects of product development
Own digital service products, defining product roadmap, business scaling model, standardization and roll‑out strategies to drive recurring revenue
Monitor and report KPIs, ensuring alignment with internal stage‑gate processes
Identify innovation opportunities, drive product continuous development,



and bring new products to market successfully
Conduct market analysis and competitive research to uncover growth opportunities
Support portfolio management and recurring revenue transformation initiatives
Support building a digital platform that scales NPE digital service offering
Minimum 5+ years of experience in product management, digital products, service business transformation, or similar roles
Solid analytical capabilities and data‑driven decision making
Strong commercial mindset with a focus on outcomes and value creation
Experience with digital innovation, agile methodology, digital service sales
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a matrix organization
