Overview
We’re looking for a Mid-Senior Social Media Manager to lead social strategy and execution across SportyBet, Football.com and SportyTV, with a strong focus on sports betting content, growth loops, and performance-driven social media. You’ll be responsible for making our social presence feel fast, local, relevant and high-impact, while ensuring content drives both community growth and business outcomes. This is a hands-on role with real ownership: you’ll collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Brand, Design, Content, BI and Country teams, combining creativity with sharp performance thinking.
What you'll be doing
- Build and execute social strategies for SportyBet, Football.com and SportyTV, aligned with integral brand guidelines and priorities
- Own the social calendar around major football moments (EPL, UCL, LaLiga, AFCON, World Cup qualifiers, etc.)
- Translate football and betting narratives into daily content that wins attention and drives conversation
- Content & Community Growth: Create and publish content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook,



YouTube Shorts, Telegram, etc.)
- Manage community engagement: comments, DMs, escalations, sentiment and moderation
- Execute real-time/reactive content around match days, breaking news, controversies, memes and trends
- Betting-Led Storytelling: Lead the creation of betting-first content: odds moments, accas, value angles, live betting hype, rivalries and fan banter
- Ensure betting content is engaging, on-brand, compliant, and built to convert (without feeling generic or overly salesy)
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support key product pushes and campaigns
- SportyTV & Football.com Brand Growth: Support Sports Media storytelling through SportyTV and Football.com formats: highlights-style narratives, football culture content, commentary-driven moments, and personality-led publishing
