Objectives
Act as a key architect of our medical footprint: Adapt and refine the national strategy for your territory, ensuring regional medical excellence. Shape the medical ecosystem: Identify and implement tailored solutions that meet the evolving needs of patients and HCPs, positioning Roche at the forefront of the field. Lead the regional medical strategy with the autonomy to influence national decision‑making.
Key Responsibilities and Activities
- Territory Medical Plan (TMP) ownership: Design and implement your region’s TMP, from evidence generation to medical education and clinical trial support, taking strategic lead for your territory.
- Understand and monitor the landscape, identify gaps,



and generate insights needed to build and adapt our strategy.
- Strategic insight generation: Profile KOLs and centers to uncover new opportunities for scientific collaboration, turning complex data into actionable strategies.
- Expert knowledge exchange: Serve as the scientific face of Roche. Lead high‑level exchanges on our portfolio and research pipeline, providing expert insights on scientific queries.
- Influence the medical landscape by identifying local evidence generation opportunities and supporting investigator‑initiated studies (IIS), working closely with the Medical Managers.
- Medical leadership and education: Champion scientific knowledge by organising high‑impact clinical sessions and presenting data at major congresses and symposiums.
- Reporting: Directly connect to the Pipeline Acceleration Team Lead, ensuring high visibility and strategic alignment.
