We are currently looking for a Senior Manager, Organic Growth Marketing in Spain.
In this role, you will take full ownership of the organic growth engine, driving visibility, engagement, and pipeline generation through a strategic mix of content, SEO, and conversion optimization. You will operate at the intersection of marketing, product, and revenue teams, ensuring that every inbound touchpoint contributes to business growth. You’ll have the opportunity to shape the entire content ecosystem—from ideation to execution—while continuously optimizing performance through data and experimentation. Own and execute a comprehensive organic growth strategy spanning content marketing, SEO/AEO, and conversion rate optimization
Develop and manage a rolling content roadmap aligned with go-to-market initiatives, product launches, and sales cycles
Build and scale a high-performing content engine, including long-form articles, case studies, webinars, and multi-channel assets
Lead SEO and Answer Engine Optimization efforts, improving non-branded traffic, search visibility, and AI-driven discovery




Continuously optimize website performance and inbound conversion paths through A/B testing and data-driven experimentation
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations to align messaging and maximize pipeline impact
Oversee webinar and video programs from concept to distribution, ensuring each initiative generates measurable business outcomes
Drive social media strategy and community engagement, particularly on key platforms influencing brand perception and discovery
8+ years of experience in inbound, content, or growth marketing, including at least 5 years in B2B SaaS environments
