The Subsystem Program Manager will lead the development and maintenance of integrated schedules for new wind technology programs, ensuring every phase of the project lifecycle is executed with precision and technical alignment.
You will act as a central coordinator, bridging the gap between engineering teams, system leaders, and cross‑functional stakeholders to identify risks, manage resources, and keep complex projects on track. Leading the end‑to‑end management of integrated program schedules to ensure project milestones are met on time.




Collaborating with internal stakeholders to align program needs and identify critical delivery dates throughout the project lifecycle.
Improving subsystem operations by supporting daily management routines, standardizing processes, and tracking key performance metrics.
Developing and executing scenario planning to navigate complex program challenges and drive effective problem‑solving.
You should be a motivated, organized leader who excels in global, cross‑functional environments, with:
