As an Operations Representative on the Life & Protection Solutions team you will:

Manage reporting data to internal and external stakeholders and support team’s technical experts.
Fill out claim data accurately and report findings to finance, client managers, and other necessary parties.




Answer general questions about policy conditions via email and phone in multiple languages.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, insurance, communication or equivalent experience.
Fluency in English and French or Dutch; additional language skills (e.g., German) are a bonus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
