Guardian Glass is seeking you to become our next Production Shift Supervisor at our Float Glass Facility in Tudela, Navarra (Spain).
As a Production Supervisor, you are responsible for developing your team into a high performing unit while advancing our vision and culture. The Production Supervisor is also responsible for supervising and coordinating production efforts that result in sustained improvement in all associated work processes including Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), compliance, reliability, quality, production, and costs.

This role works a rotating 4 shift pattern.
The Production Supervisors encourage a one team on the field mentality, paying particular attention to their direct reports and general attention the workforce. Our division is dedicated to maintaining high standards of production efficiency and quality while fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Leading an operational team (5 employees)



in a safe and efficient manner and taking ownership of vision advancement, safety, quality, and productivity.
Providing safety training to crew members and delivering training materials in a meaningful approach.
Monitoring product quality and providing direction to crew members to maximize efficiency.
Assisting with troubleshooting production issues.
Completing data entry responsibilities and generating reports in a timely and efficient manner.
Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or a related discipline.
Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Flexibility to work across 4 rotational shifts.
Fluent in both English and Spanish.
Experience in leading or participating in continuous improvement projects.
