M&A; Analyst (Energy) Location: Luca de Tena Office (Madrid)
Building and reviewing detailed financial models, including operating models, DCFs, merger and accretion/dilution analyses, valuation frameworks, and sensitivities.
Preparing high-quality client materials, including pitch books, strategic reviews, management presentations, information memoranda, board materials and internal approval documents.
Supporting live transaction execution across M&A; and IPO processes, including due diligence coordination, workstream management and interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
Conducting detailed sector, company, investor and transaction analysis across the EMEA energy and energy transition space.
Supporting senior bankers on client dialogue, strategic analysis and origination ideas.




Professional Experience : 2–4 years of relevant experience in investment banking, M&A;, ECM/IPO advisory or a similar transaction environment; strong interest in, and ideally prior exposure to, the energy, power, utilities, infrastructure and/or energy transition sectors in EMEA (Preferred).
Undergraduate degree with a strong academic track record.
Fluency in English and Spanish; Advanced financial modelling and valuation skills, with a strong grasp of accounting and corporate finance fundamentals; proven ability to produce high-quality client‑facing materials with excellent attention to detail and quality control; Competitive rewards, including a highly competitive salary with performance‑based bonuses.
