As a Quality Engineer (PAQA) in the Aerospace Sector , you will play a central role in ensuring that new aerospace products and processes meet the highest standards of safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance. Your mission spans from early design phases to industrialization and serial production.
Responsibilities
Supplier oversight and management of all documentation provided
Validation of manufacturing processes and verification of materials
Execution of internal and supplier audits
Creation of quality plans
Non‑conformity management
Risk identification and mitigation
Requirements
~ Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Aerospace Engineering
~5-10 years' of industry experience




~ Knowledge and use of ECSS standards
~ Experience with the EN 9100 quality standard
~ Understanding of manufacturing processes: welding, machining, composite materials, etc.
~ Knowledge of space‑qualified materials
~ General experience with space products
~ English proficiency (professional working level)
~ Availability for occasional travel
