The Role: The Testing Force Multiplier As our SDET & AI Automation Specialist, you are the force multiplier for our quality control. Your goal is to manage an automation "strike force" that would traditionally require a team of five, utilizing a limitless AI budget and cutting‑edge tools.
Automated Suite Generation : Use AI to rapidly "prompt" end-to-end (E2E) test cases into existence. you will orchestrate AI to analyze the UI and generate robust, self‑healing tests.




Maintain and run "Headless Bot" clusters that simulate complex user behavior (multi‑user typing, heavy spreadsheet calculations) to stress‑tset the synchronization logic.
Leverage AI to automatically update test suites when the UI/UX changes, ensuring our "Green Build" status is never compromised by brittle tests.
Continuous Monitoring: Analyze test logs and performance traces using LLMs to identify the "Root Cause" of failures across the JS/C++ bridge.
Master Prompter : Expert at using AI to generate code, mocks, and synthetic test data.
Infrastructure : Comfortable with Docker and CI/CD environments to manage large‑scale test execution.
