At the Telco Hub in Madrid , we pioneer the convergence of IT and telecommunication, building and scaling telco as a platform (TaaP) on our proprietary layered cloud. The MID Squad (11 members) manages the mobile internet access, DDoS protection, converged mobile and fixed internet access, and the business customer IPSec gateway – critical components of our German network.
Analysis, troubleshooting, and documentation of system malfunctions.
Identification, documentation, and structuring of new test use cases.
Adoption of scripts and configuration parameters within the CI/CD chain.
Expert knowledge in IPSec configuration,



troubleshooting and debugging – preferably on Junos OS.
Expert knowledge in routing protocols (BGP, MPLS, OSPF, IPv6, QoS) and their troubleshooting – including analysis with Wireshark and Netscout.
Basic programming skills in scripting and programming languages (BASH, Python, JINJA2, RESTful APIs).
Experience operating business‑critical network applications according to ITILv3, preferably in a telecommunications environment.
Very good analytical skills combined with strong quality awareness.
Experience with classic and agile forms of cooperation.
Automation and optimisation of operational tools and processes – especially with Ansible, CI/CD GitLab Pipelines, ELK, CheckMK and Grafana.
