Factorial HR is hiring an Onboarding Specialist for the DACH market. You will welcome and onboard new DACH clients via video calls and email, building personalized onboarding journeys tailored to each client’s needs.
You’ll translate client workflows into Factorial, identify challenges, and share insights to improve the overall experience. You will collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to scale onboarding processes, driving faster activation and higher client satisfaction
