PositionOverview
ReportingtotheAcademicDirector,theAssociateDirectorofMarketing &CommunicationswillleadtheCenter;'smarketing,communications, andpositioningstrategytostrengthenvisibility,engagement, andimpact.Thisrole combinesstrategicmarketing,branddevelopment,stakeholderengagement,communications,peopleleadership,



and performancemeasurementtosupporttheCenter'sgrowthandinfluencewithinIE andglobally.
TheAssociateDirectorwillworkcloselywiththeStudentEducation&Experiencevertical;, IE Marketing andCommunications, aswellasotherkeystakeholdersacrosstheuniversity toensurealignmentofmessaging,campaigns,engagementstrategies, andinstitutionalpriorities. The rolerequiresaholisticperspectiveonthestudentandcommunityexperience,positioningtheCenter'sinitiativeswithinthebroaderIEecosystemtomaximizeimpact,strengthencollaboration, andcreatea cohesiveexperienceacrossstudents, faculty, staff, alumni, andpartners. Whilesupportedbyinternsandotherresources,thispositionisexpectedtofocusprimarilyonstrategicplanning,ecosystemengagement,alignmentwithinstitutionalstrategy,stakeholdermanagement, andimpactgeneration.
