KeyResponsibilities
- Actasthebusinessandperformance pointofcontact forassignedclients
- Manage onboarding ofnewclientsandensuretheirproficiencyontheSaaSplatform
- Support clientsinimplementingandoptimizingdigitalcampaigns(mainlylocalcampaigns)
- Provide recommendations onmedia,budgets,andacquisitionchannels
- Manageclientportfolio performance,renewals,andinvestmentgrowth
- Monitor businessandmediaKPIs (ROI,leads,conversionrates,clientsatisfaction)
- Relayanddeploynationaloperationsacrossretailnetworks
- CollaboratecloselywithSales,Tech,andOperationsteams
