We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Engineer to lead Outrigo’s growth within the high-performance mobility and elite motorsport sectors. In this role, you will lead our mission to deliver innovative and impactful products, specializing in composite design, mechanical engineering, and systems integration for elite racing teams and high-performance OEMs.
You will act as a bridge between Outrigo’s state‑of‑the‑art manufacturing facilities and the demanding requirements of the automotive industry.
Identify, qualify and win new business opportunities across automotive and motorsport domains.
Translate complex engineering solutions (design, simulation, test & validation, additive manufacturing) into clear value propositions for decision‑makers.
Engage in technical discussions with engineers and commercial negotiations with procurement and leadership teams.
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting,



proposal creation, contract negotiation and closing.
Work with technical teams to shape tailored solutions that align with client requirements, including performance, cost and delivery.
Support preparation of bids, proposals and technical‑commercial documentation.
Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and reporting in CRM/ERP systems.
3+ years of experience in technical sales, business development or customer‑facing engineering roles.
~ Proficiency in Spanish and English; additional languages a plus.
~ Previous experience selling high‑value engineering services, simulation software, or additive manufacturing solutions.
~ Familiarity with CRM systems and structured sales methodologies.
