Responsibilities
Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell services.
Create, maintain, and update a customer database with complete information.
Consolidate and build the customer base.
Record outbound call history and customer responses in detail.
Ensure consistent customer follow-up.
Monitor competitors’ products or services and develop selling strategies.
Handle customer needs and inquiries.
Qualifications
~ Language Skills: C2 level of one or several Nordic languages with advanced English skills. Multilingual abilities are a plus due to the multilingual nature of the Nordic market.
~20 months sales experience is preferred.
~ Strong capability to manage tasks autonomously and achieve goals without constant oversight.
