As a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our professional financial market clients and prospects. In this dynamic and rewarding position, you will leverage your customer service expertise, technical aptitude, and interest in financial markets to provide outstanding support and solutions. As you develop hands‑on expertise with our products and services,



you will also have opportunities to collaborate across departments, contributing to product development initiatives, sales support activities, and a variety of cross‑functional projects.
Deliver high-quality customer support and user training to banks, asset managers, and Infront's direct clients via telephone, email, and support ticketing systems.
Act as the first point of contact and operational key account for assigned clients, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success Management teams to provide outstanding service and support to our users. Contribute to initiatives and projects within the Client Services team to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
Participate in cross‑functional projects, working with colleagues across different business areas.
