Develop and execute comprehensive training plans for new sales team members, designing and delivering engaging training modules covering product knowledge, objection handling, negotiation skills, and company best practices.
Assess training needs, create tailored learning plans, and provide ongoing coaching and mentorship.
Evaluate training effectiveness and sales performance using feedback and key metrics, collaborating with managers and stakeholders to align business needs.
Act as subject matter expert on products and services, stay current on industry trends and emerging sales methodologies to continuously enhance training content.
Partner with cross‑functional teams to identify training needs,
share best practices, and innovate and adapt training strategies to align with evolving business priorities and market conditions.
Must currently hold the position of Sales Trainer.
English level: C1. Fluency in German, Italian, Spanish, French is a plus.
Hands‑on sales expertise with a strong grasp of sales methodologies.
Experience designing and delivering sales training programs, preferably in software, SaaS, IT services, or system integration sectors is a plus.
