Edit and manage jobs (Exports/Imports) within the Transportation Management System (TMS), performing detailed "Routing Checks" to optimize transport modes (airplane, car, train, etc.).
Oversee and prepare collected/received shipments for EUL-route processing, including pre‑advising shipments.
All Stations Emails, Holiday Lists, Ops‑Memos).
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations (ADR/DGR/IATA) and applicable laws.
Manage the sorting area, including packaging, supplies, and cooling media inventory.
Build and maintain relationships with key contractors and transport partners, including airlines, handling agents, rail operators, customs officials, veterinarians, and suppliers.
Prepare and precondition packaging materials and cooling media for shipments.
Mark and label shipments in compliance with all applicable regulations.
HWB, MAWB, import/export permits, live animal certificates, dangerous goods declarations, etc.).




Verify transport documents to ensure compliance with ADR/IATA‑DGR standards.
Handle all customs formalities for both import and export, including:
Calculating customs duties and taxes, and entering them into WorldStar.
Submitting customs declarations (electronically or via internet) at the responsible customs office using systems like ATLAS/NCTS (export declaration), verbal customs declaration (low‑value clearance), or CARNET procedures.

Fluency in English is mandatory. This is an onsite position based in our Hospitalet de Llobregat office, with a versátil rotational schedule. Working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
Reports Directly To: The Operations Executive is subordinate to the Operations Supervisor, Operations Manager, or General Manager of Aero Link.
