Position Overview We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Learning Experience Manager (Trainer) to join our team in Madrid and support employee development across Region Iberia (Spain & Portugal). The ideal candidate will play a key role in improving employee skills, knowledge, and performance through the implementation of effective learning experiences.



The Learning Experience Manager will collaborate with various departments to identify learning needs, co‑create engaging content with the Learning Experiences team, and facilitate learning initiatives that align with both regional and organizational goals.

Report to the Senior Manager Learning Experience to ensure Iberia region input is included in the EMEA Learning Experience strategy.
Planning and Facilitating Learning Experiences:
Liaise with relevant partners to plan and organize learning experience implementation using various methods, including in‑person sessions, virtual classrooms, role‑playing, and blended learning approaches.
Plan and facilitate monthly brand immersion sessions for new employees in Spain / Portugal region.
Plan and facilitate product knowledge training incorporating storytelling.
