We're looking for a motivated, results-driven German-Speaking Google Ads Sales & Onboarding Specialist to join an international team in Barcelona, guiding new business clients through onboarding on a leading online advertising platform.
You’ll be a trusted consultant from day one — walking clients through digital advertising solutions, spotting opportunities to add real value, and building relationships that turn first-time advertisers into long-term, satisfied customers. This is a role for someone who’s equally comfortable closing a sale and coaching a client toward success.
Responsibilities:
Guide new business clients through onboarding for a leading online advertising platform
Consult on digital advertising solutions tailored to client goals




Identify sales opportunities and recommend relevant products
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Work toward individual sales and quality targets
Deliver exceptional, consistent customer service
Maintain accurate customer records using CRM tools

Critical Requirements
