We are looking for a Senior PV Engineer to join a leading renewable energy generation multinational group. Lead engineering design reviews and structural assessments, providing technical input across solar sourcing, system layout, and component specification. Perform detailed site audits to collect mechanical and electrical data to inform PV system design, revamping, or repowering projects. Recommend and implement design or manufacturing modifications to optimize mechanical performance and durability of solar systems. Support installation and commissioning teams, ensuring alignment with mechanical design, start-up procedures, and quality standards. Coach and develop junior engineers, while participating in technical advisory roles during due diligence and acquisition processes.



A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering & Design. At least 5 years of experience in the PV energy industry, including experience of PV plants design, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting. Advanced to Intermediate English language proficiency (B2-C1) , Native Spanish language proficiency (C1-C2) , both written and verbal.
