Senior Project Manager with at least 5 years’ experience in an events agency (essential requirement).
Preparation of budgets. Feasibility analysis and supervision of the project from its conceptual phase to the execution phase. Strategy development and planning, making the most of time and resources.
Operations Management: Analysis, development and improvement of operations systems and processes.
Management of legal matters (LOPD, NDA, contracts, collaboration agreements, permits, etc), in coordination with the legal team.
Preparing proposals for clients together with the creative and design team.
High capacity to organise and manage several projects simultaneously.
Advanced level English.
German (valuable).
