At ING we are looking for a Non-Financial Risk Specialist to join the Non-Financial Risk (NFR) Team of ING Spain. ING is restructuring its processes, controls, and infrastructure to transform into a Digital Bank with end-to-end “straight through processing”. The NFR team oversees integral NFR policies and best practices within ING Spain, advising and challenging risk/control owners on the effectiveness of risk identification and mitigation. Control Risk
Be a trusted NFR advisor towards IT and Business management.
Support, challenge and monitor NFR risk management processes and quality.
Participate in and challenge risk assessments on key strategic projects and programs.
Support the Business and IT management on issue identification, risk rating assessment, action definition and follow-up until issue solving.
Perform Quality Assurance or deep-dive reviews as part of second-line monitoring.
Monitor the design and effectiveness of controls.
Support the Head of NFR with research, risk profile assessment and reporting to Senior Management.




Develop and maintain training modules and train the IT/business community.
Insight of digital banking, related processes, IT applications and regulations.
Experience in Business Banking.
Experience in End-to-End processes analysis to identify and assess NFR risks, including root-cause analysis.
Experience with testing methodologies.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
