Build and execute Direct‑to‑Retail (DTR) strategies
Lead commercial conversations with (potential) major international retail accounts
Translate market insights into actionable commercial strategies
You will report to the International Sales Director and work cross‑functionally with Brand, Product and Operations.
Identify new channels, categories, and retail opportunities
Lead negotiations with distributors and retail partners
Monitor performance and translate data into decisions




You prefer international complexity over simple, single‑market sales
5+ years experience in international sales / business development / account management
~ Experience with distributors and/or retail channels
~ Experience in consumer goods / retail (toy & games is a big plus)
~ Additional languages (Spanish, French, German, Mandarin)
Network in integral toy & games industry
