Our Real Estate team is looking for a Construction Estimator to support the preparation of cost estimates across a range of construction and real estate projects.




The successful candidate will work closely with Project Management, Cost Management and technical teams to develop accurate and reliable estimates during design, tender and pre-construction phases. This role will support informed commercial decision-making by analysing project information, market data and construction costs across multiple sectors including offices, retail and residential.
Prepare detailed construction cost estimates and cost plans across multiple project stages.
Support key tendering activities, including preparation of pre-tender estimates and commercial evaluations.
Review contractor and supplier quotations.
Assist in benchmarking and market cost analysis activities.

Support procurement and tendering activities, including bid comparisons and commercial evaluations.
Maintain estimating databases, pricing information and historical cost data.
Identify project risks, assumptions and exclusions within estimate
