We are seeking a Night Manager to join OKU Andalusia, our new five‑star resort on the Costa del Sol, just minutes from Sotogrande, with accommodation provided.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the hotel’s operations during the night shift, ensuring smooth, secure, and efficient service across all departments.
- Act as the senior manager on duty overnight, representing the Executive Team in their absence.
- Lead, supervise, and support the night team, including Front Office and Night Audit, ensuring exceptional guest experiences at all times.
- Serve as the main point of contact for guests during the night, handling enquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Oversee late check‑ins, early departures, and night audit procedures, ensuring accuracy and compliance with hotel standards.




- Monitor service delivery and operational standards throughout the property, ensuring adherence to company policies and quality expectations.
- Ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and the property during night hours.
- Handle incidents, emergencies, and crisis situations, following established procedures and escalating when required.
- Review and validate night audit reports, financial reconciliations, and operational summaries.
- Prepare comprehensive handover reports for senior management and department heads.
- Ensure public areas are secure, presentable, and maintained to brand standards throughout the night.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Night Manager, Duty Manager, Front Office Supervisor, or similar leadership role within a 4‑ or 5‑star hotel environment.
- Strong operational knowledge of hotel departments and overnight procedures.
