Fashion Support Consultant (Italian-speaking) – On‑site IN02
We are a integral technology and services leader that empowers brands worldwide with technology and integrated solutions. As a Fashion Support Consultant in Barcelona, you will support top fashion brands by delivering high‑quality customer service across multiple communication channels.
Take incoming customer calls (telephone, email, voicemail, chat, or automated alerts) and resolve user requests while meeting SLA.
Escalate service issues to mentors and follow project processes and procedures.
Proficient in Italian and advanced in English.
Strong customer‑care skills with the ability to listen and understand the customers’ needs.
Working knowledge of Windows, MS Office, internet configuration (plus value).
Full‑time, 39 hours per week, permanent contract with rotations Monday‑Friday 9:00‑18:00.
Full paid training on the company and the project you’ll be working on.
