We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated 5G DSP System Engineer to join our Advanced Communications technology team. This role involves the development and implementation of physical layer algorithms for cutting-edge 5G radio systems. The adecuado candidate will be responsible for designing, modelling, and verifying signal processing algorithms with a strong focus on high-performance and real-time requirements.
Implement and simulate algorithmic prototypes using MATLAB, ensuring functionality and performance in simulated environments.
Translate algorithmic models into structured, modular C/C++ code, targeting efficient hardware implementation.




Validate and optimize algorithmic performance across a range of channel models and test vectors, ensuring alignment with 3GPP specifications.
D. degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
Strong understanding of digital communications theory, including modulation, channel estimation, equalization, and MIMO processing.
Hands‑on experience with MATLAB for algorithm development and simulation.
Proficiency in structured C/C++ coding, with focus on performance, modularity, and hardware‑compatibility.
Experience with version control, code documentation, and unit testing frameworks.
Prior exposure to radio transceiver architectures and baseband signal processing pipelines.
Experience working in cross‑functional teams involving hardware and systems engineers.
