In this role, you will work closely with the Global Data Team and Local Business Representatives to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial data across global markets, collaborating with a dynamic team and gaining expertise in data acquisition and management. Collaborate closely with the integral data teams
Data expert on investment data points, processes, methodologies, calculations & different fund structures
Continuously evaluate procedures, create and enhance analytical tools, and implement process improvement projects
Utilize project management methodologies such as LEAN Six Sigma to track, evaluate and determine resolution approach for complex data issues
Collect and maintain Morningstar data, ensuring high levels of data accuracy, completeness and coverage




Demonstrate a high sense of ownership of the issues in the data ticket queue to be responsive and provide timely updates, follow‑up, expedition and resolution
Multilingual Communicator: Fluent in English and at least two additional languages, including Thai, Japanese or Korean, enabling effective collaboration with international providers
Detail‑Oriented Data Enthusiast: Passionate about the financial industry and investment data, with a solid understanding of data quality, methodologies and processes, and able to organize, manage high data volumes and meet deadlines
Technically Skilled & Proactive: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced in project management, operational and performance data, adding value to cross‑functional teams
