Your role As F&B; Assistant Director , you will support the daily operation of our Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. You will work closely with the restaurant and bar teams, maintaining the highest standards of hospitality, presentation, and operational excellence.
What you will do:
Deliver warm, professional, and personalized service throughout the guest journey
Prepare and set up restaurant, bar, and event areas according to company standards
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Serve food and beverages while ensuring luxury hospitality service standards are consistently met
Ensure tables, service stations, and work areas remain clean, organized,



and fully stocked
Support opening, closing, and daily operational procedures
Collaborate closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service
Anticipate guest needs and resolve requests promptly and professionally
Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures at all times
Contribute to creating a positive, energetic, and collaborative team environment
