About the role
Identify and engage high‑potential German B2B prospects through outbound channels including email, phone, LinkedIn, and personalised multichannel sequences
Qualify inbound and outbound leads by uncovering business needs, decision‑making structure, and buying readiness, then hand over well‑scoped opportunities to Account Executives
Become a trusted product expert on Genesy AI, clearly articulating its value in helping German companies improve prospecting efficiency and outbound performance
Work closely with Marketing and the Expansion Lead to test, refine,



and scale messaging, sequences, and vertical hypotheses for the German market
Own activity tracking and CRM hygiene, reporting on key metrics such as outreach volume, reply rates, qualified calls, and demo conversion
Collect and share market feedback (objections, competitive tools, ICP signals, vertical‑specific pains) to support market validation and repeatable go‑to‑market strategy
Act as a founding contributor in the German expansion, helping shape early playbooks, processes, and best practices for future hires
About you
~ Native German speaker and fluent in English
~1+ year of experience in a B2B SDR / outbound sales role, preferably in SaaS or a tech‑driven environment
~ Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills; comfortable running cold calls, discovery conversations, and video meetings
~ Solid understanding of B2B outbound fundamentals: ICP definition, account research,
