Joining us now, you'll work directly alongside our co-founders and founding members to bring on Retail Media 3.0. The execution-focused Account Executive Toppie will be based inBarcelona and will be responsible for driving growth within the Brands and Agencies sector in the EMEA region. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the EMEA market and excellent sales and negotiation skills.



The successful candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with key stakeholders within multi-layered organizations.
Generate pipeline of media agencies and CPG brands across the EMEA Region.
Drive sales growth for Topsort's demand-side product, Toppie, by engaging in strategic conversations with retailers and agencies.
Develop brand partnerships and media plans while maintaining close collaboration with partners on the supply-side.
Build product knowledge and become a subject matter expert on Topsort’s entire product stack, including but not limited to retail media platform, ad serving APIs, and our demand-side product, Toppie.
Experience: 3+ years of proven success in media sales, ideally within a digital agency, CPG brand, or a retailer with a retail media component.
Sales Track Record: A consistent history of meeting and exceeding sales targets with full ownership over deal outcomes and complex cycles.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (ideally in STEM, Economics, or Finance); an MB
