You will provide telephone consultation to our Italian key business customers, including restaurants, hotels, and small businesses, regarding our high-quality solutions in the field of commercial kitchen technology. Conducting telephone consultations (inbound calls) to advise and sell our high-quality commercial kitchen technology products to our key existing and new customers (hotels, restaurants, and small businesses)
Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships through regular contact and follow-up calls
Experience in sales or customer service, ideally in a telephone-based role
You are a team player and enjoy contributing your ideas to continuously optimize customer service
Native-level proficiency in Italian and good English and Spanish or Portuguese.
