Board Management & Coordination
- Organize and coordinate governance boards, steering committees, and working groups related to supplier sustainability.
- Prepare board materials, agendas, and documentation to support effective decision‑making.
- Manage meeting logistics, attendance tracking, and distribution of governance materials.
- Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration across board participants and stakeholders.
Action & Initiative Tracking
- Track and monitor actions, decisions, and deliverables from governance boards and key initiatives.
- Maintain comprehensive logs of commitments, deadlines, and owner accountability.
- Provide regular status updates on initiative progress to leadership and stakeholders.
- Escalate risks, delays, or blockers requiring senior leadership intervention.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams across procurement, IAG, and OpCo sustainability functions.
- Support communication and alignment between supply chain sustainability and broader organizational governance structures.
- Facilitate information sharing and collaboration across business units and geographies.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of governance activities, policy updates, and board decisions.
- Support preparation of management reports on governance effectiveness and initiative progress.
- Ensure documentation standards and audit trails meet organizational and regulatory requirements.
Operating Company Collaboration
- Partner closely with Operating Companies to implement supply sustainability programmes within their procurement and operational contexts.
- Work with Procurement and OpCo sustainability teams to embed central sustainability requirements into local buying decisions and supplier relationships.
- Provide guidance, tools, and support to enable OpCos to effectively manage supplier sustainability performance in their respective markets.
