What You´ll Do
Analyze and optimize end-to-end material flow across the supply chain
Define and improve planning parameters and underlying processes
Drive and/or represent planning in cross-network projects and Supply Chain initiatives
Act as a go-to person for planning-related parameters and processes
Collaborate closely with Supply Planning (SP) and R&P; community, Business Process Owners, Logistics, depending on the projects Business Planning, 3PM etc.
Support optimization of planning strategies and related parameters across the network
Promote a continuous improvement mindset within the planning community
What makes you a good fit
~3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain, ideally in planning or related fields
~ Fluent English and Spanish
~ Bachelor’s degree required (Business Administration, Economics with SC focus preferred, Engineering)
~ Strong analytical and strategic mindset, with the ability to operate at a higher level
~ Proven continuous improvement approach, including experience in CI projects and process optimization




~ Solid project management skills to drive optimization initiatives end-to-end
~ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives
~ Proactive and agile profile, constantly focused on identifying and driving improvements
