W e are looking for a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to take charge of a specific section of the kitchen—be it grill, cold, sauce, or fish—with confidence and consistency.
In this hands‑on role, you’ll ensure that your station is impeccably organized, prepped, and ready for high‑paced service while delivering dishes that reflect the creative, refined, and elevated standards of our brand. Prepare, cook, and plate dishes in accordance with our brand’s recipes, presentation guidelines, and portioning standards
Uphold the highest levels of food quality, hygiene, and safety throughout preparation and service
Promptly report any equipment malfunctions or supply shortages to the Sous Chef or Head Chef
Contribute to menu development by sharing creative ideas and seasonal inspirations
Mentor and support Commis Chefs and kitchen trainees within your section
Promote a positive and respectful kitchen culture that aligns with our brand’s values of hospitality, refinement, and teamwork
Proven experience in a Chef de Partie or similar kitchen role,



ideally within high‑end or fine dining settings
Ability to manage your section efficiently under pressure with minimal supervision
Fluency in English is mandatory; Spanish or German are a plus
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
